Bolahenk, sipurde, kiz and mansur are mostly used chord types in Turkish Classical Music. So, Neyzens (Nay players) usually use these kinds of nays. Nays that are longer than Mansur are mostly used for solo performances.

Learners generally start with kiz or mansur nays.  Kiz and Mansur nays are a little longer than average. Thus, if neyzen plays these nays correctly, he will feel more comfortable while using shorter nays.
